Collage Workshop with Caryl Hull Leavitt

In this 3 hour in-person workshop with local artist Caryl Hull-Leavitt, students will focus on loose shapes, color, and pattern, looking to the work of modern artists such as Picasso and Matisse as inspiration for collage! We will walk through what to look for in an image and how to make it your own. In this class you will cut, rip and paste your way to your very own masterpieces.

Expect to leave with one or two completed collages and a wealth of ideas.

Freedom and fun will be your guide! All levels of experience are welcomed.

“What I love about collage is making beauty from just about anything. All materials are accessible and inexpensive.” Caryl Hull Leavitt
